'Cash' is an offbeat film and a total entertainer. The movie revolves around money and money alone. Director Ravi Chavali took an offbeat story and made it a hilarious film.

Aishwarya (Zeenath), wins the Miss World title. She wants to set up an ashram for the disabled, with the Rs 1 crore she earned in the contest, and also decides to spend what all she gets through working as model or through fashion shows for the ashram. She appoints her uncle Purushottam (Tanikella Bharani) as manager and Sakkubai (Apoorva) is his assistant. Purushottam and Sakkubai hatch plans to swindle money from Aishwarya. Purushottam employs Tom (Duvvasi Mohan) and Jerry (Surya), who pretend as professional killers and gangster Yadav (Rami Reddy) to eliminate Aishwarya. But they could not succeed in any of their attempts.
Chiranjeevi (Gemini) and Pavankalyan (Teja) are small time thieves. They watch the interview of Aishwarya and decide to join the ashram and rob the money from her. Chiranjeevi pretends as a blind fellow, and Pavankalyan as a deaf man. They get admission into the ashram. Since Chiranjeevi likes to watch TV and Pavankalyan loves music buff, it makes them hard to stick to their identities. The attender of the ashram (Ali) gets a doubt that they were not really disabled fellows. However, he fumbles while trying to bring it to the notice of Aishwarya. In the process of stealing the money, the two make some silly mistakes and earn good name before Aishwarya.
In another interview, Aishwarya declares that she was ready to marry a kind-hearted fellow, who could look after the ashram. She expresses her wish that she was ready to marry even a physically handicapped man. So, Chiranjeevi and Pavankalyan make several attempts to win the love of Aishwarya.
In the climax, Aishwarya gives a cheque for Rs 1 crore to Purushottam and tells him to bring the money to pay it to the realtor. Purushottam decides to elope with Sakkubai after drawing the money. He even prepares a bomb to blast the ashram. Chiranjeevi and Pavankalyan helps Aishwarya to save the ashram and at the same time wins her heart. Purushottam and Sakkubai die as the bomb which he prepared in the shape of a tennis ball blasts in their jeep. Chiranjeevi gets married to Aishwarya and Pavankalyan to her twin sister.
Comedy is good. Performance of all the characters is also good. Music by Sashi Preetham is average.
