'Snehituda' is Director by Satyam Bellamkonda, has come up with a smooth plot and though the narrative was neat, the presentation was not upto the mark.
Story:
A regular tale, the story begins with Sai (naani) who is an orphan but a very smart one. He manages to sneak inside the houses of people when they are out of town and stays there. That's how he grows up and in one such episode, he chances upon Savitri (madhavilatha) who lives in a big bungalow. Though they have repulsive airs in the start, the story takes a turn when Savitri has a fight with her father and decides to leave the house. She seeks the help of Sai and from then on, he begins to play a key role in her life. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Performance:
Nani proves himself to be an extremely gifted actor from film to film. He is excellent in the role and brings life to scenes that are inane with his histrionics. He seems to have imitated the body language, dialogues and expressions of Venkatesh in the second half of the movie where he tries to play the role of Good Samaritan. Madhavi Latha suited the role well. Nassar did the role of head of household and he is good. Brahmanandam is partly entertaining. MS Narayana did another drunkard role. Kinnera is adequate. Apoorva had an interesting role.
Music:
For this movie songs scored by Shiva Shakar are good.
