'Santhi Sandesham' depicts the life of Jesus. The movie is partly inspired from the Hollywood blockbuster 'The Passion'. Krishna played the role of Jesus with great passion. He has delivered an excellent performance. P. Chandrasekhar Reddy has done a commendable job as a director. Dialogues by T. Maharathi are excellent.

Story:Jesus ( Krishna ) is born to Mary (Sudha) through the divine grace. John (Suman) baptizes Christ by the sprinkle of holy water. Herod Antipas (Prasad Babu), the King of Galilee, forcibly takes the hand of his brother's wife. To appease his ladylove, Herod orders the beheading of John. Jesus takes up the job of baptizing and travels wide to preach the message of love and compassion, accompanied by his apostles. Religious heads of the land Anas (Ranganath) and Kaipas (Kota Srinivasa Rao) plan the killing of Jesus. The official representative of Roman emperor is Pilate (Sarath Babu) receives the complaint against Jesus to this extent. The charge against Jesus is that he is violating the Roman law and therefore he should be crucified. Pilate's wife (Rajitha) tells her husband that Jesus is the son of God. However, Pilate orders the crucification of Jesus on Friday (called Good Friday). Jesus is resurrected from the grace on Sunday (Easter).

Music:
Music by Vandemataram is good. Songs are well placed and good to listen.
Performance:
Krishna gave an excellent performance. His dialogue delivery is brilliant. His expressions are perfect in the emotional scenes. Ranganath and Kota Srinivasa Rao as Anas and Kaipas delivered good performace. Suman in his role as John, the Baptist, is excellent. Ravali gave a good performance. All the other characters also gave good performances.
