'Orange' is directed by Bhaskar. And he has come up with a puzzling storyling and though the presentation was good, the narrative was disappointing.
Story:
The story begins with Ram (charan) who is a student in Australia and he loves graffiti. He is very agitated and when asked for the reason by the cop Abhishek (prakashraj), he reveals his flashback. It is about his love and hate relationship with Jaanu (Genelia) and how they are complete opposites when it comes to love ideology. While Ram doesn't believe in lying and love for a lifetime, Jaanu has a strong belief in love and that too for a lifetime. This leads to the friction between both and whether they come together or not forms the rest of the story.
Performance:
Ramcharan Tej did his bit as required and gave justice to the new image. Genelia was a shocker, she looks shrunk and drained out, that bright glow and innocent charm is gone. Shahzahn Padamsee is attractive, she has good charms. Prakashraj was regular, Brahmi was average, Prabhu was okay, Pavitra was beautiful, Sameer was standard. Vennela Kishore was wasted. The others didn't have much to offer.
Music:
'Orange' music is composed by Harris Jayraj. And the background score and songs are the major highlights for the film.
