'Collector Gari Bharya' is directed by T Krupakar Reddy. And he has come with a rather biased theme and though the presentation was good, the narrative was okay.
Story:
The story begins with Indira (bhumika) who is an MBA gold medalist and is ambitious about having a career. However, her father gets her married to the IAS topper Gautham (prakashraj). Indu decides to be a good wife but then Gautham is particular about having a baby boy. As fate would have it, Indu delivers a baby girl and Gautham is adamant about having a male child irrespective of Indu's physical condition. Few other instances happen which make Indu feel humiliated and she decides to put an end to it. How she does that and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.
Performance:
Prakashraj gives a delectable performance and keeps the audience engaged. Bhumika looks elegant and she carries out her role with maturity. Tanikella was top notch, Brahmi was brief, M S was okay, Krishna Bhagawan was witty, Venu Madhav was poor, Siva Parvathi was standard, Vizag Prasad was alright, the others did their bit as required.
Music:
'Collector Gari Bharya' music is composed by Chinna. And the background score was apt but songs were poor.
