'Brahmacharulu' Directed by Ravi Chavali is about the sufferings of a group of youth, who want to escape from the wrath of a mafia don. Scenes were quite predictable and there is no tempo in the film.

Coming to story, Raja, Ravi and Suri (Bhagawan, Venugopal and Basha) are good friends. One of their classmates pleads with them to get his marriage with his lady love. These three help him in completing the task. Later, they come to know that the girl is the daughter of a mafia don called Jeevi (GV). Then they get shivers in their spine and decide to plead with him that they were unaware who the girl was. At that time Jeevi is in police custody on charges of murder. He threatens the boys that he would not kill them but amputate their legs, hands and eyes. Worried over this, the boys try to hide themselves and the lovers. In the process, they join a room as tenants in a house belonging to a constable (Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam). The house owner has two daughters Gowri and Ganga (Maanyah and Aanchal). He doesn't want to give dowry but wanted to get them married to good boys. He finds two grooms in Raja and Ravi and encourage them to befriend with his daughters.

Brahmacharulu

The movie prolongs with a lot of twists and the problems faced by the bachelors in a bid to save their skin from Jeevi. Once Raja and Ravi meet with an accident and Ganga and Gowri treat them well, as they develop love towards these two boys. Finally, the boys reveal that they were hiding themselves from Jeevi, who vowed to kill them. But the girls encourage them that love has the power and it is mightier than everything. Ganga and Gowri dare them to face Jeevi boldly and they were ready to marry them, even if Jeevi really amputate their hands or legs. The boys challenge Jeevi and tell him that they did not do anything wrong but united his daughter whom she loved very much. Finally Jeevi realises the greatness of love. The bachelors turn grooms and marry the girls and the film ends on a happy note.

Brahmacharulu

Comedy by Tanikella Bharani and Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam is not impressive. Music by Sridhar and Shankar is okay. A couple of songs were good and made the audiences tap their feet. The movie has Poor screenplay and unimpressive editing.
