'Betting Bangarraju' directed by E.Satti Babu. And he has come up with a reasonable storyline and though the presentation is good, the narrative got quite lengthy.
Story:
It was a comedy tale, the story is set on the backdrop of the coastal side village and here is Sriramulu (giri babu), a respectable village elder. However, his son Bangarraju (Naresh) is quite the opposite. He is into betting, fighting, gambling and is very street smart. He is born with a strong 'Sudi' which gives him a lot of luck. An incident prompts Bangarraju to go to the city and fall in love with a girl to get married. After some failed attempts, he chances upon Divya (nidhi) and proposes to her after a while. But Divya gives a surprise to Bangarraju along with a test. What happens hereafter is to be seen on the screen.
Performance:
Allari Naresh did his role well and he justified his bit. Nidhi looks sweet and she was also good. Amit was impressive, Samrat was mild, Akshay was effective, Krishna Bhagawan was hilarious, Kota was standard, the others like Chalapathi Rao, Duvvasi, L.B.Sriram and the ladies did their bit as required. Raghu Babu gave few humorous moments, he was good.
Music:
'Betting Bangarraju' music is composed by Sekhar Chandra. For this movie background score didn't have much effect and songs were a letdown.
