The Power of a Star A small report on the power of the Power Star of Telugu cinema, Pawan Kalyan. His 'Komaram Puli' is releasing today. Not in a few 100 centres but more than 1000 centres worldwide, calling for a release that has not been seen in Telugu cinema before. The last movie to have such a wide opening was Ram Charan's 'Magadheera'. But trade pundits have it, that 'Puli' might just break the records. Pawan's last movie was 'Jalsa' that had an enormous opening as it was also released worldwide just like his other movies. Even though a few of his movies in the past were bombs at box office, Pawan Kalyan's massive following always ensures that his movies receive a blasting opening.
At one stage, according to sources the Power Star was offered a remuneration more than his brother Mega Star Chiranjeevi, but he humbly declined saying it would never be possible to earn more than his brother! Pawan Kalyan's movies have always had variety and he strives to make sure the variety is offered. Director SJ.Suryah at the audio launch of 'Komaram Puli' said he had the fans of Pawan Kalyan in mind while making the script. So its going to be a Power Star Bonanza with high voltage entertainment! The movie is made with high production qualities with A.R.Rahman being the trump card.
